Pakistan Wins Release Of Sailor intresting

In a humanitarian gesture, Pakistan raised funds to help secure the release of 22 sailors, including 11 Egyptians, 6 Indians, 4 Pakistanis and a Sri Lankan. The sailors were held captive for ransom by the Somali pirates for over 10 months aboard a hijacked Egyptian vessel MV Suez. The ship is now sailing to Edit HTMLfreedom escorted by Pakistan Navy's PNS Babar after a second hijack attempt by Somali pirates. Pakistani ship came to the rescue of the Suez after the Indian Navy ignored its repeated calls for help, according to India's NDTV. 

Of the $2.5 million ransom, the ship’s owner paid $1 million and the Ansar Burney Trust raised the remaining $1.5 million with the help of Pakistani officials, according to the Indian Telegraphnewspaper. 

The freed Pakistanis are the ship's captain Syed Wasi Hasan and crew Muzzamil, Mohammed Alam and Ali Rehman. Captain Wasi Hasan told Geo News that his captors had threatened to kill him. He thanked the nation and the media and particularly praised Ansar Burney for the role played in securing the sailors' release. 

Acknowledging Pakistan's role, Madhu Sharma, whose husband N.K. Sharma was among the six Indians, said from Jammu: “If my husband is free today, it is because of the efforts of (Pakistani human rights activist) Ansar Burney and governor (of Pakistan’s Sindh province, Ishrat-ul Ibad)."

The gratitude was echoed by Sampa Arya the wife of sailor Ravinder Gulia, 30, in Haryana. “Burney raised funds with the help of the Pakistan government. The Indian government let us down. We met many leaders but nobody helped us. They said paying ransom is not the right way. I have lost all faith in Indian politicians,” she said.

Ravinder’s father Rajender Gulia said: “Pakistan has helped us like an elder brother and emerged as a saviour.”

Unlike the grateful relatives of the freed Indian sailors, India's foreign minister SM Krishna has not thanked Pakistan, and said, “Let us not get into a speculative analysis on who is behind it and who is provoking it.” 

Altaf Husain, the leader of Pakistan's MQM party that is part of Pakistan's ruling coalition, has called upon India to reciprocate the Pakistani gesture.

"Pakistani organizations worked tirelessly to secure the release of the captive Indians as well, proving that Pakistan does not favor hostility but humanity," Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain said.

"India must recognise this spirit and reciprocate with amity, notenmity," Urdu daily Jang Tuesday quoted him as saying.

Hussain said his comments were addressed to the entire Indian leadership including Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Congress chief Sonia Gandhi. The mistrust between India and Pakistan must be overcome for a new relationship of friendship, he said.

Well, this is a new reason i came to know why internet speed comes so slow. Few days ago, i ordered an 8mb Broadband Pakistan package, i got the connection within 15 days however i felt speed is not as 8mb internet connection. I called the PTCL line help line and asked whats wrong with my Internet speed, they told me there is not something wrong from their side as in their records i am on 8mb connection and getting proper speed. I, then called the DSL manager of exchange, He told me that They have given me connection of 2mb because port in 8mb connection was not available however they will shift my connection to 8mb port as soon as possible. After 3,4 days, i was shifted to an 8mb connection. You must ask your exchange's DSL manager if you are on exact port to get the actual speed as described in your package.

IELTS

IELTS is Internal English Level Testing system which is an international standardised test of English language proficiency. This testing system was established in 1989 and is managed by University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations, the British Council and IDP Education Pty Ltd. IELTS tests the ability to listen, read, write and speak in English. There are total 9 possible bands for each band. You must get 5.5 in each module and 5.5 overall to apply for UK VISA successfully. Admission Letter or Approval Letter

CAS Letter (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies)

Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies is unique number which is assigned to a Student by UKBA. UK Border Agency then deliver that number to the college and the college sends that unique number to the student. Ones you have paid the fee mentioned in your Approval letter, your college will issue CAS letter within 3 to 5 days.

Required Points for Successful VISA

You need total 40 points to get VISA successfully. If you have a CAS letter, you get 30 points, If you have a valid Bank statement having required balance, you get 10 more points totaling 40. So, All you need to have a CAS Letter and a Bank Statement to get your VISA successfully.

File Your VISA

Everything is sorted out ? Now its time to Go to VISA office (FedEx in Lahore) and submit your case. They will call you within 3-4 weeks and will give you a GOOD (or may be a bad) News regarding your VISA.
